also provide service far beyond our geographic location and will make
every effort to accommodate requests for investigations in other areas
and other states when possible. Please feel free to ask us. We are

You will speak with an experienced professional who will assist
you with your request or questions. It is always our pleasure to
help in any way and EPPS will keep everything totally confidential
and treat you with the highest level of respect. If for some reason,
we are unable to give you an immediate answer, we will research
your question or issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
EPPS has members monitoring our dedicated hot line for many
hours throughout the day and night. However, as there are
times we may not be able to personally take your call due to
investigations or family obligations, and you may reach our
voice mail.  Please do not be discouraged if this occurs. If you
do not reach a live member, please leave us a voice message
with your basic info (Name, phone number, request or question
and best time to return your call) and we will return your call
the same day or at the next available time you provide.
Messages received after 11 PM will be returned the next
morning after 8 am or during a specified time you request.

Regardless of the time of day or night, our dedicated phone
line is always open and available for our clients. Feel free to
call any time. It is our pleasure to assist you.
